I wanted to create a process where theory, methods and techniques could be easily assimilated and most importantly, interiorised through practice and experience. 


I’ve studied at great length macrobiotic, vegetarian, vegan and raw food diets, and have developed a process to harness the different qualities of food and balancing of their energies. 


I practice and teach mindfulness, breathing and sound techniques, concentration and meditation, condensing the teachings of various eastern traditions from China, Japan and India and the lesser known Essenes and Zarathustra. 


The strong theme underlying all the principles of this course is balance, finding balance, being in balance. 


 

We must in-root in our physical bodies, understand our mind and emotions to be able to fulfil our potential
