 How much commitment it requires and how long will it take?

 

It is completely up to you. There are 7 steps and you can do each one at your own speed. You will see immediate results already in the first step. I recommend 2 weeks minimum for each step but there's no time limit, so, whatever works for you.

 

Your average daily practice should be about 30 to 45 minutes. 

  

Of course the more time you invest the better the results. But, as mentioned, you can take it at your own pace. Once you will see and feel the results and increase your energy level, I am positive you will be able to allocate more time.
